   • AI-Generated Material: Content generated by artificial intelligence that resembles illegal content will be treated as illegal.
     Examples:
   • Uploading a virus-infected file to crash the servers is prohibited.
   • Creating AI-generated fake images that depict illegal acts is treated as uploading illegal images.

7. Exclusion of Liability:
   To the fullest extent permitted by law, and unless there’s a separate written agreement, redactedhosting.com and its affiliates are not liable for lost profits, data loss, or indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. Liability will not exceed the amount you’ve paid to redactedhosting.com.
   Example: If a system outage causes you to lose access to your coursework temporarily, we are not liable for any academic or financial losses.

8. No Warranties:
   The LMS is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
   Example: We do not guarantee that all courses will meet your academic or career expectations.

9. Indemnification:
